The second day of high-rise buildings’ conference was host to the workshop of ‘brand positioning and asset management in premium strategies of high-rise buildings’ in presence of Mr. Anisi (The managing director of The One Iranian) which took place from 15:30 until 17:00.
High-rise building conference, which took place from December 21st to December 24th, was themed to study and analyze different aspects of high-rise construction and understand the advantages and disadvantages of this new phenomenon.
Mr. Anisi identified the advantages and importance of branding and creation of premium strategy in construction industry. Mr. Anisi aimed to provide a clear understanding of the necessity and the method to brand creation and asset management in construction industry and also identify the roles of asset and outcome management in buildings.
This event was concluded case study of Lexon Commercial – office building project in order to analyse different aspects of branding of this unique building, which is located on the eastern coast of Chitgar Lake on the 22nd district of Tehran.
