Mr. Bashir Anisi ’s Report Published in 5th Edition of High-Rise Building’s Conference

Mr. Anisi has been focusing on the pricing and sales strategies in the sales and marketing workshop, which is aimed on missing cycle of construction industry.

He believes that value engineering can correctly define the usage of high-rise buildings. And also, sales strategies can increase the output of high-rise constructions. The argument of sales prices are affected by various conditions. Currently a challenging issue in Iran, which has led to high costs of high-rise buildings, is due to the fact that construction in different regions will vary the costs.
